Dave Lottridge, President


Dave joined the company in July, 2001 after 3 years in the Engineering field. He completed a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at McMaster University in 1998. Dave has worked in various departments within the company that was owned and managed by his family since 1954. His strong technical background helps him with his understanding of both the existing and the emerging product technologies within the tire industry. He has formed strong relationships with Prema Canada's entire customer portfolio, from their direct customer, the Distributors, to the end users of the products through his constant work in the field across the country. Dave mentions his commitment to understanding and fulfilling the needs of Prema Canada's customers as his most valuable contribution to the organization's success.

Larry Ciancone, Vice President Of Finance


Larry joined the company in April 2007 and quickly learned that the tire and wheel service business is vastly different than the steel industry, where he spent 32 years in supervisory and management positions. While his back ground has been in accounting, Larry has extensive experience in both independent and franchised businesses. Larry's roles at Prema include responsibility for finance and accounting, business development and many of the purchasing functions.

Ian Kedzierski, Vice President Of Sales and Marketing


Ian began his career in the tire industry while still in high school, when he worked part time at Myers Tire Supply in London, Ontario. Ian continued to work with Myers while attending Fanshawe College School of Architecture. Following his graduation in 1993, he began to work full time at Myers filling many roles in the sales department. In 1999, Ian was promoted to National Sales Manager, a position he held until 2004 when he joined Rema Tip Top as the VP Sales for the Canadian TRM Division. Since joining the Rema Tip Top team, Ian has rebuilt the brand in Canada and has made extensive inroads in the OTR and retreading industry.

Jim McDonough, Director of Customer Service – Operations


Jim joined the company in May 1987 after graduating from the Business Administration Program at Sheridan College in Oakville, Ontario. Jim started working in the Distribution Centre and in that time gained valuable product line knowledge and inside operations experience. After 20+ years Jim has worked in virtually every function of the company in some capacity. He is well known and respected in the industry and in his time has seen the company go through many positive changes and growth.
