The Dill FLX-06 (cross-referenced as Exactra EX-6006 and Haltec 810F-6) is a heavy-duty, commercial-grade 6-inch large bore flexible tire valve extension engineered specifically to provide accessible inflation and pressure checks on deep-seated or hard-to-reach wheel assemblies in Off-The-Road (OTR), mining, construction, and agricultural heavy machinery. Built to endure severe work site environments, this premium extension is constructed using a high-pressure, steel-braided, hydraulic-type flexible rubber hose equipped with rugged, reusable brass fittings. It explicitly contains two integrated lock nuts, a 3/4" hex sealing nut, and an internal Teflon gasket that compresses securely against the existing large bore valve stem to eliminate pressure leaks. Designed for seamless fleet integration, the FLX-06 does not include a standalone valve cap or core; instead, technicians simply transfer the standard large bore core and cap from the base valve assembly directly to the extension tip during shop floor installation, ensuring a reliable mechanical fit and optimal airflow.
