The Dill DV-546G is an extended, large-angle metal valve stem engineered for direct, valve-mounted tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) on heavy-duty and commercial vehicles. Featured on the 7300-DV Plan-O-Gram to support Class 5+ transport trucks and fleet configurations, this premium stem is manufactured from robust plated brass to provide exceptional resilience against road salts and environmental weathering. The assembly integrates a high-performance O-ring sealing system optimized precisely for a standard 0.390" wheel rim valve hole. To navigate deep wheel drop centers or complex outer dual rim hand-holes, the stem features a wide 105° bend angle, a 1.15" vertical base height (A), and an extended reach length (B) of 3.35". For reliable, blowout-proof shop floor installation, the hex nut must be tightened to a specified torque rating of 80-125 in-lbs.
