The Dill DV-V3-20-2 is a premium commercial-grade clamp-in metal valve stem engineered for direct, valve-mounted tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) on heavy-duty transport trucks, buses, and fleet vehicles. Built to ETRTO structural standards, this nickel-plated valve stem features an integrated M6 thread pattern at its base to establish a stable, vibration-resistant connection point directly to original equipment TPMS sensor bodies. The stem utilizes a high-performance O-ring sealing system optimized precisely to deliver an airtight, blowout-resistant seat inside a standard 0.390" (9.7mm) wheel rim valve hole. Formed with a subtle 17.5° bend angle, a 0.98" vertical base height (A), and a 2.36" extension length (B), it ensures accessible inflation paths and reliable clearance on modern commercial drop-centre rims. To ensure long-term performance on the shop floor, the assembly requires a hex nut installation torque rating of 80-125 in-lbs.
