The Counteract STK-22AD is a comprehensive commercial wheel maintenance kit engineered to clean rust, corrosion, scale, and road debris from wheel mating surfaces, studs, and mounting configurations on commercial trucks and buses. Driven by the included low speed air screwdriver (CBB-LSAD) featuring forward and reverse, non-impact 1,800 rpm operation with a quick release chuck, this kit integrates seamlessly with a 1/2" drive adapter for stud cleaning tool (SBCT-DA) and the 22mm Wheel Pro XL stud/hub clip-in tool body (WPXL-T22). For abrasive clearing, the assembly utilizes two 22mm Wheel Pro XL clip-in stud brushes (WPXL-SB22) alongside two 22mm Wheel Pro XL clip-in 60mm hub brushes (WPXL-HB22). Fastener reconditioning is managed via the Counteract Socket Pro 6-way socket (CBBS1-33) featuring a 33mm profile on a 1" drive, and the Counteract CNT-22 Nut Track specialized for 22mm commercial truck and bus wheel nuts. Comprehensive manual detailing is provided by two 22mm wire brushes for M22 flange nut interiors (CNT-22WB), two 10.7mm wire brushes for valve stem mounting holes (CNT-107WB), and the Counteract CBB-WBPP pilot pad wire brush with a wooden handle. Critical validation and lubrication are completed using the Counteract thread pitch gauge with 22TPI (TPG22) and a 1 oz tube of CBB Flange Oil 10W30 with an applicator tip (CBB-FO1), allowing fleet shops to confidently satisfy standard RIST procedures.
