The Emzone 12a A/C Stop Leak is a high-performance chemical sealant formulation engineered to permanently seal minor leaks in mobile automotive air conditioning systems. Formulated to safely circulate without clogging or restricting internal flow, this product works effectively across both metal components and rubber connections, sealing leaks in evaporators, condensers, driers, O-rings, and gasket joints. It helps restore cooling performance, prevents future pressure loss, and optimizes overall HVAC efficiency. A single 114-gram pressurized aerosol can contains a sufficient concentration of stop-leak chemistry to treat minor leaks in A/C systems with an overall refrigerant capacity ranging from 2 lb. to 5 lb. Note that while this formula forms a permanent structural seal across static lines and flexible connections, it is not engineered to seal moving compressor shaft seals.
