DILL COMMERCIAL TPMS STEM

The Dill DV545D is a premium angled metal valve stem engineered for direct tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) on commercial and heavy-duty vehicles, specifically targeting Class 5+ trucks utilizing original equipment configurations. Manufactured from durable plated brass for exceptional resistance to road salt and environmental corrosion, this stem features an integrated M6 thread pattern at the base to mount directly to the OEM TPMS sensor. The assembly utilizes a high-performance O-ring seal configuration designed precisely for a 0.390" wheel rim valve hole. To provide proper clearance on complex commercial wheel setups, the stem is engineered with a 60° bend layout, a vertical base height (A) of 0.98", and an extended length (B) of 2.60". For safe shop floor deployment and a reliable, leak-free seal, the hex nut must be tightened to a specified torque rating of 80-125 in-lbs.
