DILL OEM COMMERCIAL TPMS STEM

The Dill DV542 is a commercial-grade straight metal valve stem designed for direct tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) on heavy-duty and commercial vehicles within the Class 5+ truck bracket. Constructed from high-tensile plated brass to resist corrosion and harsh environmental road conditions, this straight stem features an integrated M6 thread pattern at the base to securely mount direct OEM TPMS sensors. The design is engineered with a high-performance O-ring seal configuration tailored precisely for a 0.390" wheel rim valve hole. With a straight 0° bend profile and a baseline vertical height of 1.25", it delivers a compact and rigid installation. To ensure long-term airtight performance on the shop floor, the assembly is engineered to be locked down using a standard hex nut torque specification of 80-125 in-lbs.
