DILL COMMERCIAL TPMS STEM

The Dill DV-545D-55 is a premium angled metal valve stem engineered for direct, valve-mounted tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) on heavy-duty and commercial vehicles. Specifically targeting Class 5+ transport trucks and fleet configurations, this high-performance stem is featured on the 7300-DV Plan-O-Gram as a core service component. Crafted from high-tensile plated brass to defend against road salt, moisture, and chemical corrosion, it features an integrated M6 thread pattern at the base to bolt directly to the OEM TPMS sensor. The valve utilizes a high-pressure O-ring seal designed to create an airtight seat inside a standard 0.390" wheel rim valve hole. Engineered with a specialized 55° bend angle, a 0.98" vertical base height (A), and an extended 2.60" length (B), it provides clean clearance through tight commercial hand-holes. To ensure a blowout-proof seal on the shop floor, the hex nut must be torqued to a heavy-duty rating of 80-125 in-lbs.
