The Dill DV-572 is a heavy-duty, straight clamp-in metal valve stem engineered for direct, valve-mounted tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) on commercial vehicles and heavy-duty trailers. Featured as a core component within the Dill 7300-DV Commercial TPMS Valve Kit Plan-O-Gram, this premium brass stem is specifically configured to fit standard 0.625" large bore wheel rim valve holes. It includes an integrated M6 thread pattern at the base to bolt directly onto direct OEM TPMS sensors. Built to handle punishing fleet environments and extreme over-the-road conditions, the DV-572 provides exceptional durability and structural integrity. For a secure, blowout-resistant seal, the assembly relies on a high-performance rubber grommet setup and must be tightened to a precise hex nut torque rating of 35-55 in-lbs on the shop floor.
